Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. Such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Credit Card
Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:

- Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Refund Policy
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 customers may seek a refund from Cleaning Trade Sales & Service if goods:
- are or become faulty through no fault of the customer;
- are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose the customer made known to Cleaning Trade Sales & Service sales staff;
- don't match Cleaning Trade Sales & Service description or sample; or
- have defects that were not obvious at the time purchased or to which Cleaning Trade Sales & Service did not bring to the customer's attention.
However:
- the goods must be returned within a reasonable period; and
- the customer may be asked for proof of purchase.
Cleaning Trade Sales & Service may also require the customer to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not the customer's fault.
As an alternative to a refund, Cleaning Trade Sales & Service may arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired if the customer prefers.
Customers must choose their purchases carefully as customers are not entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind.
Returns
Freight and Delivery Costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be accepted via freight, in person or Australia post at the expense of the customer.
"Return Authorisation Number"
Goods must have a Return Authorisation (RA) number for the return of merchandise. Please contact the office, the owner will determine whether the product is defective or incorrect. Products cannot be returned without an Return Authorisation Number. Products should be packed back into the original packaging and include all accessories and documents that were originally shipped. If the product is not complete, only a partial refund or credit will apply.
